Hi Chris
If you drag an image file from you file browser to your TW in the browser, 
it should automagically do what you want.

If you edit the tiddler and change the type form "image/jpg" to 
"text/plain" you'll see that your image is text encoded and it is part of 
you TW. 

... but ...

be aware, if you include big images into your TW it will be bloated and may 
be slow. There have been tests with  many images, so the TW file was about 
50MByte. TW could handle it but imo the open and save time delay isn't 
worth it :)
