Hi Arlen Currently, if you're running the Node.js version and click the download button in the sidebar, then you'll get a snapshot of what is sent to the browser: the full wiki, including the sync plugins.
If you're planning to work offline with the wiki, you can instead use the "Download Offline Snapshot" button in the "Server" tab of the control panel (the "Server" tab is added by the TiddlyWeb plugin). You'll get a plain TiddlyWiki5 file. Best wishes Jeremy.
