We should hopefully have a signed jar available that works in update 51 in 
the next few days. It will work with high security settings.

I see your point about using a different folder for the jar, but it isn't 
backward compatible. The current TiddlySaver can only save text files so 
there is little chance of TiddlySaver being used to write a new 
TiddlySaver, at least not one that works. (I am wanting to make a version 
that can save binary files for a different project, though, so your point 
is well taken.)
