[tw] [TW5] Bug with non-breaking spaces in TW 5.0.7

Hi Jeremy,

I found a bug in 5.0.7 that was no present in 5.0.6: a non-breaking space 
is substituted by @ instead of  

This is how to reproduce:

   1. Add a non-breaking space in the text of a tiddler ("SHIFT+SPACE" in 
   my keyboard). It works.
   2. Save TW.
   3. Reload.
   4. Open the tiddler: instead of a non-breaking space in view mode, and&nbsp 
in edit mode, there is @ in both.
