Hi Joe

It looks like you imported a new copy of the core (the core is contained in
the plugin "$:/core"). The import would be rejected unless the incoming
core version was higher than the current one. The end result is that you've
done a partial upgrade, which may well leave the wiki in an inconsistent
state.

I'd recommend starting with a new empty 5.0.7, and then trying to import
your corrupted wiki.
