I am curious about how you use images and other data with TW5? Do you embeed images especially when you have many photos or do you create links that point to those images. Those who use everyday TW5 do you store in one file your data or in multiple files. How do you search the data in case you have multiple databases? If I create for ea category a separate TW5 database I will have about 25 files. Opening all databases and search the desired term or filter the information by tag is time consuming.
