Hi Iannis

At present TW5 serving under Node.js only supports private wikis (where you
need to use the user name and password to see the wiki at all), or public
wikis (where the content can be viewed and editted by anyone). We need to
add support for protected wikis, where the content is read-only to the
public, and requires a username and password to modify.
