Hello. With index I mean the table of contents. There is a tiddler with that name. Click the edit button of that tiddler and you will see an example of what I'm talking about. I know that is not very intuitive but you can add to every tiddler any number of fields with any name. When you are editing a tiddler at the bottom you can see a field called "add a field". There you can add the description field. Then inside any list you can reference it.
