I came across Skeeve's split filter<http://tiddlystuff.tiddlyspot.com/#Selfmade%20Lists>which adds iterating over a tiddler's field which is not the "list" field ... and it solves my issue I asked about here. I now can successfully link between tiddlers for RFCs by simply listing their numbers in tiddler fields. This way, I can represent the semantical relationships between RFC tiddlers, such as "obsoletes", "obsoleted by", "updates", and more.
So I'm saying here in the open and loud: THANK YOU VERY MUCH, @SKEEVE! ...and also to the others, notably Jeremy and others I forgot to mention by name. In my opinion, all the refactoring and rewriting spent on TW5 is worth its tears and time. Working with TW5 from a noob perspective and yet being able to customize it to great extends has become so much easier compared to TW classic. So, a big THANK YOU to all the others working on TW5. -- TheDiveO -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "TiddlyWiki" group.
