Hopefully you will have seen Eric's post at the start of the week about his pledge drive:
https://groups.google.com/d/topic/tiddlywiki/JEVjFzmQhLk/discussion I wanted to underline what an important role Eric plays for TiddlyWiki. Everyone knows that TiddlyTools is the most extensive collection of tools for TiddlyWiki anyone has created, and it's the first port of call for many in the community. Eric's patient help here on the discussion groups has helped countless people grappling with the beguiling flexibility of TiddlyWiki. His careful explanations are hugely appreciated by both learners and experienced users. For me personally, the thing that has had the biggest impact over the last two years is Eric stepping up to be the lead maintainer of TiddlyWiki Classic. Without him, I couldn't have immersed myself in TiddlyWiki5 to the extent that I needed to. In an ideal world, Eric would be able to support himself with consultancy work around TiddlyWiki. But in the meantime, Eric really needs community donations to pay his bills. If you're able to show your appreciation of Eric's efforts in this way, the best thing is to set up a regular monthly donation, however modest. One-off donations are also extremely welcome. Please see Eric's post for details of how to donate.
