Dear Eric, First of all my apologies for calling this problem a bug. It clearly has more to do with browsers than your (as forementioned excellent) plugin. Thank you for your quick reply, and your extensive answer actually helped me to understand this problem so I now know how to make settings sticky 'in general'! Give a man a fish, and you'll feed him for a day. Show him how to catch fish, and you'll feed him for a lifetime. Problem solved!
