TiddlyWiki5 itself is still incomplete and in beta. The integration with TiddlySpace is not fully developed.
There's been more development attention recently on Chris Dent's Tank (itself a pre-alpha): https://tank.peermore.com It integrates TW5 and TWC, and uses enhanced Markdown as its own native markup.
