Hi Ferrick The warning should only appear if you've modified any tiddlers before you try to leave. That includes configuration changes like palette changes, or switching language or theme.
There is a filter that determines which tiddler modifications should mark a wiki as "dirty", triggering the warning. We can change it to exclude some more settings: https://github.com/Jermolene/TiddlyWiki5/blob/master/core/wiki/config/SyncFilter.tid We could also have a facility to entire turn off the warnings for a particular TiddlyWiki.
