Have you tried using an *iframe*? Try this:
<iframe src="LINK TO THE WEB PAGE YOU WANT TO DISPLAY IN THE TIDDLER" width="100%" height="500"></iframe> replace the LINK TO THE WEB PAGE YOU WANT TO DISPLAY IN THE TIDDLER with the IP or web page you need to display i.e. http://bing.com Hope this works.
