Doing a cursory search, I see that the theme of customize.tiddlyspace.com
is itself hard to find, but there is a bunch of other useful looking things
if you search "theme" on customize.tiddlyspace.com.

The way he's achieved all that interesting, useful color stuff is a plugin
he made which you can find at paintr.tiddlyspace.com. He's also linked, on
his page, http://tobibeer.tiddlyspace.com/#Themes for theme stuff that he
uses, i think.

BTW, Tobias actually has a lot of kickass plugins, Some of my favorite ones
by him, are
Filtr.tiddlyspace.com
tagfiltr.tiddlyspace.com
listfiltr.tiddlyspace.com
get.tiddlyspace.com
simpletree.tiddlyspace.com
Tagsearch.tiddlyspace.com (one of my all time favorites, but really should
be called tagbrowse)
http://tobibeer.tiddlyspace.com/#x-plore
http://tobibeer.tiddlyspace.com/#Popup

Several of which i don't actually know how to use well yet, but which look
so awesome that I'm determined to take a deeper look and implement them.

You could export and download the entire customize.tiddlyspace.com
tiddlywiki so that you could browse it a bit deeper. If you do, keep this
thread updated with your findings.
