I have many code blocks in TWC, which I converted from {{{ to ``` with a
text editor.
Now I see formatting issues when I have something like:
textext
```
code block
```
Which has to be written with a blank line between:
textext
```
code block
```
Although this formats correct:
!!!header
```
code block
```
Is there a need to have a blank line before a code block per design?
Do I need a blank line also at the beginning of a tiddler?
