If we're talking only a couple tiddlers I think I'd just open both tiddlywikis and put tiddlers into edit mode and then copy and paste between them.
Otherwise, I'd upgrade a temporary TW5 file following the upgrade procedures here: http://tiddlywiki.com/static/Upgrading.html Then I'd use drag and drop from there into my fresh new TW5 for the ones I care about.
