I think the wikilink detection sees it as a CamelCase word. May be, because 
of the numbers in the middle of the word. 

You can use the tilde to supress wikification:  ~CXM03B1Q 
or at the top of the tiddler place the following line.

\rules except wikilink

Which will supress wikification for the whole tiddler.
