I think the problem is that your plugins "version" field does not confirm
to the Semantic Versioning standard:

http://tiddlywiki.com/static/TiddlyWiki5%2520Versioning.html

Your plugin versions should be major.minor.release, and you should take
care to bump the version numbers each time you release a new version.
Otherwise users will not be able to upgrade plugins properly.
