I knew, I did some experimenting with the preview in the early days. But I
did remove it in favor of a printed cheat sheet [1], that I did need for a
week or two.
tiddlywiki.org has some info too [3]
http://tiddlytools.com/#TaggedTemplateTweak
I did use the TaggedTemplateTweak [5] from Eric, to activate a special
EditTemplate.

The link, that you posted, should contain a working solution, if the
tiddler is tagged in the right way.
Get the MaloStyleSheet and activate it in your StyleSheet tiddler like so:

/*{{{*/
[[MaloStyleSheet]]
/*}}}*/

and modify the EditTemplate. As I wrote, I did remove the stuff, after a
while, since it made my templates more complicated, and my TW more bloated,
as needed.

The Malo style sheet I use now, for multi column experiments [4], contains
a "dpfr" class, that is used instead of "floatright". ... It's less typing
:)

... but be aware ... the "float" class can have some really, really, really
nasty and frustrating side effects. It can totally break your layout. So
.... backup !!
