That's the same as the original request: the ability to configure the popup
manager to dismiss popups on any click.

The linkcatcher widget captures tw-navigate messages, which is the message
generated by the link widget.

That's really what the linkcatcher lets us do: avoid having set/setTo
attributes on the link widget.
