I actually swapped out DeliciousTagging for IntelliTaggerPlugin, at http://tiddlywiki.abego-software.de/
I find it to be much more useful than DeliciousTagging while tagging during edit mode, and I find the Tagsearch (x-tagger) to be best of all, despite only being available in View mode.
