If you want to drag and drop multiple tiddlers between tiddlywiki documents then that is already supported by the drag and drop protocol. The issue at the moment is that the only draggable entity is a link to a single tiddler. The plan is to support dragging tag pills to transfer all the tiddlers with that tag. If you want to import/export multiple tiddlers via a single file, then the TW file format itself is the best way: we just need a way to export a subset of the current wiki.
