Hi Shash If you can, open the dev tools in your browser and see if there are any JavaScript error messages in the console.
The most likely explanation is that you've got customisations in your TiddlyWiki that break the upgrade process. The most likely culprit is $:/core/ui/PageMacros; if you've customised that tiddler you'll need to delete your customisations and resave the wiki before you can import it to the blank 5.0.9 wiki. (Alternatively, if there are few enough tiddlers, you can drag and drop them individually). Best wishes Jeremy.
