Looking closer, you don't actually have the tiddlywebadaptor plugin loaded.
But the shadow tiddlers within that (and I think some other) plugins have
somehow been created as ordinary tiddlers - look for system tiddlers like
$:/plugins/tiddlywiki/filesystem/filesystemadaptor.js. Those tiddlers need
to be deleted.
