Yes, it is possible to use the ctrl+s combination to save changes, but we
have to decide in which way.
- We can raise a save-tiddler message, but that will take you out edit
mode
- We can save the whole wiki, including the shadow tiddler you're
editing. But this could be slow in some cases.
I can extend the widget to raise message events and let each user decide.
