It could be improved, I think, as well as the index, image and gallery tiddlers, by using a custom ViewTemplate instead of putting the stuff inside the newly created tiddlers. For example, all tiddlers tagged "scrollable" would be viewed through the corresponding ViewTemplate. And concerning the icons, I would recommend you the Font-Awesome icons<http://fortawesome.github.io/Font-Awesome/icons/> since they are SVG instead of PNG, and free to use (MIT Licence).
