The default search conducts searches letter by letter as the search term is entered. This is fine on my laptop but is painfully slow on my iPad, where entering each letter after the first has to wait until the search on the letters previously entered has been completed. So if the search term starts with "s" then the app first lists all tiddlers starting with "s" and only then can you enter the second letter etc. Is there any way of switching off this feature so the search only starts when the whole search term has been entered ?
