I'm not exactly sure, what you're trying to achieve, but maybe it will help 
you iif you check the code of my dateTimeMacro located on

You can used built-in functions for date and time:

$tw.utils.formatDateString(ts, format);


where format could be for example:

format = "YYYY-0MM-0DD 0hh:0mm:0ss";
