This is already present in all your tiddlers. Click the info button of any
tiddler (next to the edit button). You will see several tabs with
information about your tiddler. The "Reference" tab shows the backlinks you
are looking for.
Another basic solution (if you want to see the backlinks without opening
the info thing):
1. create a new tiddler tagged $:/tags/ViewTemplate
2. paste your code, or even better transclude the References tiddler
that way: {{$:/core/ui/TiddlerInfo/References}}
3. done (every tiddler will show its backlinks)
Of course, from this starting point it is possible to find better
solutions, but it depends on your needs.
