What browser and OS are you using?

I've been getting strangely inconsistent results in Chrome. If I type the
non-breaking space (option-space on OS X), then I get the behaviour you
describe. If in step 2 I put the tiddler title from [[Tiddler one]] in edit
and copy and paste the entire title into the list field, then the list link
works correctly.
