Hi Joe

It's easy to filter out the images so that they are not included in the
single-file snapshot:

tiddlywiki mywiki --rendertiddler $:/core/save/lazy-images index.html
text/plain

However, there's not yet support for storing those images in a separate
folder and being able to access them from within the single file snapshot.
