Well, links within tiddlywiki do not always move to the to the top of the tiddler to be seen, if this one is longer than the screen. It looks as if tiddlywiki has a memory of the last vision of this tiddler and keeps its last position in cache. I like the concept of substories, but since I am using the zooming view, it does not answer to my needs.
