Hi again Alberto, I have tried to implement your newer (using tables/forms) architecture, but it didn't work.. I got some errors.. am not sure what I am missing. Anyway, I need to get a working platform by end of week, as I have an urgent need to start entering data. That's why I've settled (for now) for a cruder implementation of your project. I will most likely upgrade to your "final" (eg, 5.0.13) version in the future. I have, though, tweaked your original (older) codes a little to fit my personal needs. Anyway, thanks again for your input. James
