Thanks Stephan, that works but it means I have to specify the tags I don't want to include which isn't practical for my use case. In reality, there are more tags than this. A is the category and B,C ,D etc are subcategories. I want to filter out only the main category which has not been further categorised, but without having to specify the other tags
