Hi James, The documentation is part of http://tiddlywiki.com/ but not part of "empty.html", but you can download "full.html" which contains it (search for 'Download'). If you want to add it to your TW5, drag & drop TableOfContents of http://tiddlywiki.com/ to your TW5.
For the structure, analyze TableOfContents or see my guide 'Top + left menu' [1] (TOCtreeslider entries).
