Hi

For custom styles -- create a tiddler with content something like this:

/*TEXT STYLES*/
.myTitle {
        text-shadow:silver 2px 2px 6px;
        font-size:14pt;
}

-- additional styles may be added.

Then tag the tiddler with: $:/tags/stylesheet

-- and use a style with a title like this:

!.myTitle Text of Title

regards
