Hi In Chromium, I can highlight the url in the address bar, then drag the highlighted text onto my TW5 -- this puts the url into the text field of an Untitled tiddler.
All that is then required is to rename the tiddler to the 'pretty' shortcut and modify your code to use the 'text' field instead of the 'url' field.
