The QuickEdit tools are not compatible with TW5 and will require a 
re-write. I'm sure a similar plugin will be written at some point (Danielo 
is currently working on something along these lines.)

In the interim -- there is the 'keyboard-snippets' plugin (also from 
Danielo), which is handy: http://braintest.tiddlyspot.com
