You need to call the macro <<toc-heading>> from inside the code of the macro. Something like that: \define toc-heading(caption,body) stuff here… <<toc-heading…>> \end I did that, even if not nicely (I need to refactor the code), in my http://tw5.scholars.tiddlyspot.com/ Look for the tiddler "ToC".
