Hi Mark, Open a tiddler un edit mode. At the bottom, there is "add a new field". Put the name of the custom field you want, press the button, its done. You can use that field in that tiddler.
Now if you want to add that same field to all your tiddlers, you need to have a template tiddler (which is a normal tiddler used as a template) and a button that creates new tiddlers according to the template (i.e. with tour custom tag).
