Hi, When I first started using TW5, the search was instantaneous and that was one of the things which attracted me to it - the ability to find information really quickly.
Now though, there is a definite lag when searching to the point where I avoid using the search in favour of using various table of contents for different subjects. I'm using Alberto's side bar search improvement (which I wouldn't want to do without) and this did slow things a little when I first installed it, but things have got worse. The file has grown now to about 8MB since the inclusion of more pictures and perhaps that's the reason for the slow down. I was hoping that recent releases would speed things up but I haven't noticed any difference with the last two. I was wondering whether others have a similar issue and whether I might expect improvements with future releases.
