Release of ''twve'' v3.1.0.

*Major changes:*

   1. Started removing jQuery dependencies to migrate to TW5.
      - I don't seem to find a version of jQuery embeded in TW5 as there is
in TWC, that will keep *twve* from going to TW5 because *twve* relies
heavily on jQuery. Therefore I started to remove jQuery-dependencies from
*twve*, which turned out to be quite some work that shall take a long
while. I am wondering: Is there a way to carry jQuery in TW5?
   2. Supports view mode editing of *transcluded slices*.

Have Fun!
