Yes that is correct. Brighter than everything else, so that the user gets 
more focused on empty space. I think I shall try suggestion of altering the 
colors from the palette. A hover menu seems more closer to what I would 
like, but I don't understand the TW5 enough to do a successful hacking like 
that.
