The idea of recording which tiddlers you linked to most and which were edited most would go someway to making an adaptive notetaking system.
Your TW could nudge you in directions you would like to be reminded. For example, default tiddlers could be presented in the order of most changed tiddler, or a series of tiddlers - a "trail" - which you most regularly navigate. I think it would be useful for refining ideas, bringing tiddlers based on the attention the user gives them. Kind of feedback mechanism based on the users behaviour rather than the nature of the data. Lists and suggestions made from aspects of a users behaviour.
