Hi Shash, I am also new on nodejs. But I saw that once when I assigned a folder without tiddlywiki.info or a non-existing TiddlyWikiFolder.
If this does not solve your problem. Maybe you can provide some more info about the *command-line or script (*.sh)* to load your wiki and/or the *tiddlywiki.info* http://tiddlywiki.com/#Upgrading%20TiddlyWiki%20on%20Node.js command-line: tiddlywiki [<wikipath>] [--<command> [<arg>[,<arg>]]] Hope that helps.
