Mathjax, by Martin Kantor, seems broken in the latest version. This seems to be down to the recent name changes - in this case the css class *story-river* has become *tc-story-river*.
If you edit $:/plugins/kantorsite/mathjax/init.js you cam manually change this - it occurs just once (it's almost at the bottom of the code). I pass this on in case anyone else needs a quick fix. I'm not up to repackaging this plugin - I have very little idea what the code does.
