We're in the middle of reorganising the documentation on tiddlywiki.com in advance of the final release on Saturday 20th Sept. I moved "Upgrading" from the default tiddlers deliberately, though, with the aim of making the home page more accessible to newcomers. Were you perhaps in the habit of using the link in the "Upgrading" tiddler as a shortcut to getting to http://tiddlywiki.com/upgrade.html?
