on http://tiddlywiki.com click the "..." right of the search field and you end up in http://tiddlywiki.com/#%24%3A%2FAdvancedSearch Click on the "Filter" tab. Enter there: [tag[Concepts]tag[TableOfContents]] and you see what you get when you search for 2 tags.
