Hi Terry

to the levels of JS and CSS used

TiddlyWiki5 targets modern HTML5-compatible browsers. For the desktop, the
result is that it works fine in versions of Chrome, Firefox and Safari from
the last two or three years. For Internet Explorer it works on version 10
and above; versions prior to that are not really HTML5 compatible.

In terms of mobile browsers further testing is needed to identify precisely
which versions work. I'd like to add compatibility information to
tiddlywiki.com and so any reports of browser/os combinations that work
correctly would be gratefully received.

Note that the ability to generate static HTML renderings of TiddlyWiki
content gives us a reliable way to target really old browsers; the static
content at http://tiddlywiki.com/static.html should work reasonably well on
browsers that are 10 years old or more.

Best wishes

Jeremy,
